We invite you to submit your abstracts for IMICB 2026 following these guidelines:
Submission Method:
Abstracts must be submitted online through the official conference website.
Language:
All abstracts must be written in English.
Information Requirements:
Ensure all requested information is provided during submission.
Presenter Details:
The presenter’s name must be underlined in the author list.
Content Requirements:
Abstracts should include a brief, clear statement of the aims, methods, results, and conclusions of your work.
Word Limit:
Abstracts should not exceed 400 words.
Submission Limit:
Each participant may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts.
Review Process:
All abstracts will be reviewed by the conference Committee Members.
Submission Fee:
There is no fee for abstract submission.
Notification of Acceptance:
You will be notified of your abstract’s acceptance within 2 working days via email.
Inclusion in the Conference Program:
Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference program only after your registration is confirmed.
Withdrawals:
If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the Standard Registration Deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the program.
For withdrawal requests, please notify the conference secretariat in writing as soon as possible.
