submission Guidelines

We invite you to submit your abstracts for IMICB 2026 following these guidelines:

  1. Submission Method:
    • Abstracts must be submitted online through the official conference website.
  2. Language:
    • All abstracts must be written in English.
  3. Information Requirements:
    • Ensure all requested information is provided during submission.
  4. Presenter Details:
    • The presenter’s name must be underlined in the author list.
  5. Content Requirements:
    • Abstracts should include a brief, clear statement of the aims, methods, results, and conclusions of your work.
  6. Word Limit:
    • Abstracts should not exceed 400 words.
  7. Submission Limit:
    • Each participant may submit a maximum of 2 abstracts.
  8. Review Process:
    • All abstracts will be reviewed by the conference Committee Members.
  9. Submission Fee:
    • There is no fee for abstract submission.
  10. Notification of Acceptance:
    • You will be notified of your abstract’s acceptance within 2 working days via email.
  11. Inclusion in the Conference Program:
    • Accepted abstracts will be included in the conference program only after your registration is confirmed.
  12. Withdrawals:
    • If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by the Standard Registration Deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the program.
    • For withdrawal requests, please notify the conference secretariat in writing as soon as possible.
